CornCon 9 eBadge Update

[update 10-16-23]

New build instructions have been posted here: https://github.com/cmdc0de/corncon2023

Fixed the sleep timer bug and added more symbols to the keyboard to solve this: https://github.com/cmdc0de/corncon2023/issues/1

Folks can either follow the build instructions to upgrade the firmware via USB (to fix the sleep timer issue), or just connect to WIFI then go to settings->check for update, and it will download the latest version.

The multiplayer version is not complete, so it’s still disabled.

The code is all open source, so if anyone is interested in making changes, they can just fork the repository.

A reminder that the (2022) CornCon 8 eBadge instructions are located here: 2022 eBadge (github.com).
