*** FORMAT ***
The adult con will have 2 (two) speaking tracks over 2 days, plus workshops, breakouts, and an expo with several villages. The tracks are intended to allow attendees to choose between general and more advanced topics. Talks will be 45 minutes including Q&A.
This conference spans all industries and interests, from small to large enterprises, public and private organizations, military, municipalities, manufacturing, transportation, heavily regulated industries, such as financial services, insurance and hospitals. CornCon also focuses on emerging technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and VR/AR.
Topics we are interested in: Ransomware, Cyber Insurance, Internet of Things, Medical Devices, OT/Industrial Control Systems, Computer/Human Interfaces, Wearable Computing, Offensive/Defensive Techniques, Chaotic Actors, Surveillance, Intelligence Gathering, Data Visualization, Transportation Systems, Legal Issues, Mobile, Locks, Video Games, 0-day disclosures and demos, Trolling the Trolls and Bourbon. Note: We plan to record and post videos of presentations on YouTube at corncon.tv.
*** SPEAKER PERKS *** All Speakers will be given free admission to the conference as well as one (1) free regular attendee badge (to bring a guest). There is a Speaker/VIP Reception Friday night that you will be invited to as well as the after party on Saturday. Speakers receive a speaker t-shirt and speaker badge.
*** SPEAKER TERMS *** By completing the CFP, unless other agreements with conference management have been made, all speakers agree to provide their headshot, bio, abstract, title and any special requirements within 2 weeks of being accepted to speak. Speakers agree to provide final presentation slides at least 1 week prior to speaking (minor updates may be made, but the final deck needs to be submitted before your presentation. Speakers agree to being recorded and photographed. Speakers who need employer approval to speak must request this upon selection. Speakers who are unable to speak must notify conference management as far in advance of the conference as possible. Speakers agree to abide by the Code of Conduct.
The CFP will remain open for additional proposals and speakers until John sees fit to stop looking for the best of the best.
